Our rEscan® 24/7 system enables the continuous monitoring of splice and cord condition with warning and alarm levels to identify critical cord damage and/or splice movement/damage in steel cord belting. Steel cord belt condition monitoring is achieved by measuring magnetic flux leakage (MFL) from cords and comparing trending data from each belt cycle.
Easily integrated into site PLC / SCADA controls to provide the ability to stop at any selected splice, cord damage or belt length location and to position the belt wherever required. Reports on splice and event condition may be generated at regular intervals and emailed. Reports based on any period of activity can be generated in demand by the user. Automatic Email Notification of warnings and alarms alerts users to any issues that have occurred. The system is password protected control and logging of the system enables protection of critical settings without restricting everyday users from generating reports.
Remotely accessible over the internal site network, and accessible from offsite through corporate VPN. Our 24/7 syetm can also integrate with our Rip Ranger® belt rip detection systems to map and position rip loops.
